What safety standards do your products meet?
All PPE we carry meets or exceeds applicable OSHA and ANSI standards. Specific certifications (ANSI 107 for hi-vis, ANSI Z87.1 for eye protection, etc.) are listed on individual product pages.
Do you offer bulk pricing?
Yes. We offer volume-based discounts for businesses and organizations. The more you buy, the more you save. Contact us for a custom quote on orders of 50+ units.
What decoration methods do you offer?
We provide screen printing, embroidery, DTG (direct-to-garment), heat transfer, sublimation, and vinyl decoration. Your brand rep will help you choose the best method for your product and design.
How do I place an order with custom decoration?
Contact us at info@bestsafetywear.com with your product selection, decoration method, print locations, imprint colors (PMS codes preferred), and artwork files. We'll provide a quote and art proof before production.
What artwork file formats do you accept?
We accept AI, EPS, PDF, PNG, SVG, PSD, and TIFF files. Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG) are preferred for the sharpest results. Artwork should be at least 300 DPI at print size.
How long does custom decoration take?
Standard decoration turnaround is 7-10 business days after art approval. Rush service is available for an additional fee. Your brand rep will provide a production timeline with your quote.
What is your return policy?
Unused, unwashed items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days. Custom-decorated items are non-returnable unless defective. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. You can also log into your account to check order status.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the United States only. For international inquiries, please contact us directly.
Can I get samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes. Sample products are available for most items. Contact us and we'll arrange to send samples of the products you're considering.
