What safety standards do your products meet?
Standards coverage varies by product. When a product has a verified certification, such as ANSI/ISEA 107 for hi-vis apparel, the exact standard and class are listed on its product page. Check each product page for its specific certifications.
Do you offer bulk pricing?
Yes. We offer volume-based quotes for businesses and organizations. Contact us for a custom quote.
What decoration methods do you offer?
Decoration is available by quote, including screen printing, embroidery, and DTG (direct-to-garment). We'll recommend the best method for your product and design.
How do I place an order with custom decoration?
Contact us at order@bestsafetywear.com with your product selection, decoration method, print locations, imprint colors (PMS codes preferred), and artwork details. We'll provide a quote and art proof before production.
What artwork file formats do you accept?
We accept AI, EPS, PDF, PNG, SVG, PSD, and TIFF files. Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG) are preferred for the sharpest results. Artwork should be at least 300 DPI at print size.
How long does custom decoration take?
Decoration turnaround depends on the method, quantity, and product. Your quote will include a production timeline.
What is your return policy?
Unused, unwashed items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days. Custom-decorated items are non-returnable unless defective. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the United States only. For international inquiries, please contact us directly.
Can I get samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes. Sample products are available for most items. Contact us and we'll arrange to send samples of the products you're considering.
