Orders and Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel.
Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. For approved business accounts, net-30 payment terms may be available — contact us for details.
Custom Decoration Orders
Custom-decorated items are produced to your specifications and are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect. By approving an art proof, you accept responsibility for the accuracy of the design including spelling, colors, and placement. Production timelines begin after art approval.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. Please inspect shipments upon arrival and report any damage within 48 hours.
Returns and Refunds
Returns are governed by our Return Policy, available on the Shipping & Returns page. Custom-decorated items are final sale unless defective.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Best Safety Wear or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
Limitation of Liability
Best Safety Wear is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the products in question.
