Shipping Policy
Standard Shipping
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard ground shipping typically arrives within 3-7 business days depending on your location.
Expedited Shipping
Need it faster? Expedited and overnight shipping options are available at checkout. Expedited orders placed before 12 PM CST ship same day.
Free Shipping
Free standard shipping on all orders over $500 within the contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may have additional charges.
Returns & Exchanges
Unused, unwashed items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Custom-decorated items are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect. Contact us to initiate a return.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also check your order status by logging into your account.
International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. For international inquiries, please contact us directly at info@bestsafetywear.com.
Return Process
- Contact us at info@bestsafetywear.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll provide a return authorization and shipping instructions within 1 business day.
- Pack the items securely in original packaging. Include the return authorization.
- Ship the package to the address provided. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective or we made an error.
- Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
