Shipping Policy
Standard Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped from our supplier network. Transit times vary by destination and will be shown at checkout.
Shipping Options
Available shipping methods and costs for your address are calculated by Shopify checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
Unused, unwashed items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Custom-decorated items are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect. Contact us to initiate a return.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. For international inquiries, please contact us directly at order@bestsafetywear.com.
Return Process
- Contact us at order@bestsafetywear.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll provide a return authorization and shipping instructions within 1 business day.
- Pack the items securely in original packaging. Include the return authorization.
- Ship the package to the address provided. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective or we made an error.
- Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
